Would anyone notice if I travel on another airline while on a PO?

If it's a po just inform your chief pilot. It isn't a big deal and just needs to be documented

Don't do it. Get permission first.

You can usually get permission, but the OP's original question was, "would anyone notice" if he travelled on a PO, hence my reply.
