    Implementation of new contract

The MEC says they are still working on the implementation schedule of the new contract. That there are software issues and new software to buy and the delays are due to that.

    Well lets see,

Anyone get the IAI for this year, seems did not need a software change.

pay rates/banding does not need any software, just go in and update the emb pilots to the crj rate, same for the atr to crj or emb rates. no software needed.

OT not to be blocked, no software needed, just dont block it.

TTOT program, remove the restrictions and the TTOT works fine. no software needed just click a few options to turn on.

    so why the delays?

Last I heard was they were busy implementing the new TA wording, lettering and renumbering the contract but nothing can be presented until the judge approves the TA. Why the approval delay? No idea.

i was under the understanding that the contract language was done AND that is what was presnted to us to vote on.
how long does it take for re-numbering?
why cannot ae take the contract to the judge to approve?
has ae even had any union contracts approved by the judge?
    AA has had contracts approved.

Why is anyone in a hurry for the new contract? In a rush to take a pay hit?

We do not need the judges approval for them to stop blocking open time.... That is completely at the company's option already. So are a few other things they could do right now. Blaming it on the court process, is TG and friends hiding behind made up BS because they don't want to rock the boat with their management masters.

He must be an OT guy. Why else would you want a concessionary contract imposed. Or he cant wait for PBS. Either way, as my father would say "he would complain if he was hung with a new rope."

what, does not about 100 pilots fall into the crj pay rates?
do not these pilots want the raise?
i know, no one here voted for the contract.
maybe the alpa lurkers still roam around.

your peers gave you the new rope to hang yourself by.
