    Updated interview gouge?

I posted back before the "reregister" about going to Eagle. Sorry to all who responded that didn't get my reply. Things have changed and I decided to take the interview at Eagle. I would like to know if theres any updated gouge or if its the same ole interview they were doing last year.

    Thanks!

I don't know, but most are very similar. Know your Jepps charts and plates. Be honest. Be yourself. Make sure your log books are clean. If there is any doubt about a certain logbook entry, then don't use it.

Most interviews are two parts: 1) verify your records to see if you are who you say you are and 2) to see if you're the type of person who'd be both a good employee and someone a pilot wouldn't mind spending four days with in a cockpit.

Do you have a heartbeat? You're hired. Apparently they are desperate to fill classes, so you already have the job. Just don't screw it up. No pressure

They aren't desperate yet; they are getting people... Just not at the rates they'd like. We are still losing more per month than they are hiring. The class on the 26th has more new hires than the last class.
