Your Medical Insurance was cut-off...or is the system shot-down?

After a doctor visit today, went to pharmacy to get prescription medicine and got one out of two, the system just shuted-down. Ins. company told pharmacy will be back in a couple of hours 10 hrs. later is still down. Anybody else had this problem today?

they processed the first prescription and then the system went down. Still down.

Office manager said they were unable to process the insurance and will try again tomorrow. Dunno...

yep, happened to, me today, getting the complete run around..tried to get my wifes ASMA MEDS...after sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours..gave up...gonna try tomorrow!...what a joke!

went in for a flu shot a week ago, pharmacist offered to run thru insurance. after they called, insurance said no info on record for me, although nothing has changed. Later I was informed by the head pharm. that they have been told its often that merely some info has changed for the insured, but have instructed them not to tell the insured. what a load. anyway I called the next day and ordered new insurance cards, I would advise all to do the same.
